All families must provide a card on their parent portal for monthly processing of tuition. Our tuition cost is due on the first of each month. Although we dance through 10 months, the monthly tuition is prorated for September and June. There are no prorated costs for holiday closings, vacations or illness. However, we will allow students who miss class for those reasons to attend a comparable class to make up their missed lessons.

Tuition payments once billed each month are non-refundable.

Students may drop out of class at any time during the season. We require written notice by email prior to the next monthly billing schedule for those who drop classes.

In the event payment is declined for any reason, we will advise families. Failure to update your card and make your payment due will result in late fee of $15 per month.

Our studio has an “open door” policy to families, meaning all parents are welcome to observe classes each week. We request parents who choose to do so understand our students are our first priority and distractions of any way will hinder our ability to provide an enriching program for all students. In the event parent attendance causes a disruption, we may request you to observe outside of the seating lounge area.
